Returns and Warranty

All returns and order cancellations will be accessed a 30% restocking fee. The custom nature of lights purchased is that each light is hand finished and built to to customers specs. When an order is cancelled or returned it is accessed this restocking fee to cover the labor involved.  Electronic parts are non returnable due to the sensative nature of the part and will be held to replacement or repair only when parts have not been damaged by installation.

Warranty issues should contact me so I can help, some issues can be handled without sending your light in for repair. If I decide it needs to be sent in please include all of your shipping information and the issue with light, return instructions will be sent in response to your contact with me.
